We are sad to announce that on September 7, 2024, at the age of 89, Jane Ann (Sargent) McEwen of Bridgewater, Maine, born in Caribou, Maine passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gertrude Sargent and Percy Sargent of Bridgewater; her grandmother Kay; her son Maynard L. "Buddy" McEwen, II; and her siblings, Patricia Finemore (Sargent) of Bridgewater and Phillip Sargent (Madison) of Presque Isle.
She is survived by: her uncle Johnson; her husband Maynard L. "Bud" McEwen; her children, Randal "Randy" McEwen (Mary), Gertrude "Trudy" McEwen (Dan Cyr) and Carol McCleary (James); her grandchildren, John McEwen (Kristin), Cyle McCleary (Briley), Cayla McCleary and Agis Clark; her great grandchildren, Hayden Lopez, Jameson McCleary and Wren McEwen; and her sister-in-law Jane McEwen (Rowe). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
