He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Billings and Phyllis Billings (Webber); and his sister Brenda Green (Billings). He is survived by: his wife Paulette Billings (McLean); his children, Stacey Beals-Wheeler (Martin), Robert L. Boyce Jr. (Rebecca) and Paula Amerson; his sister Trudy Bradstreet (Steven); his grandchildren, Drew Beals, Chase Beals, Maci Beals, Jay Condiff, Jeff Wheeler and Ted Wheeler; his great grandchild Aiden Moran; his great-nephews, Andrew McGillicuddy and Daniel McGillicuddy; and his friend Terry Pierce (Barb).
