Deborah Ann’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Lamkin and Antoinette Lamkin; her husband Melvin Levier; her brothers, Dow and Richard Lamkin; and her grandparents, Luigi, Annina Grimaldi, Leslie and Flora Lamkin.
She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Valerie and Debbie Lamkin. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Jones-Rich-Barnes Funeral Home (199 Woodford St, Portland, ME 04103). A prayer will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Jones, Rich and Barnes Funeral Home (199 Woodford St, Portland, ME 04103).
