He is survived by: his parents, Richard White and Rose White of Brownville, Maine.; his sister Christine Bolstridge; his brother-in-law Nick Jenkins; his nieces, Katelyn, Lauren Bolstridge and Addison Jenkins; his cousins, Shannon Greaney, Troy Bragg and Ron White, Jr.; and his friends, Joey McLaughlin, Rollo Hathorne, Timmy Heath, Corey Rolfe, Bob Ade, Andy Coburn, Julie McSorley, Peter Farrar and Tom Hartin.
