He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Masulaitis and Nellie Masulaitis; his wife Treva L Masulaitis (Pamer); and his brother Michael A Masulaitis. He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Ann Lish and Anele Johnson; his siblings' children, Dawn Marie Lish, Mike Lish (Toby), Jay Lish, Joshua Johnson and Christopher Johnson; and his great-niece Ryan. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
