She was predeceased by: her parents, Olga Jimenez and Victor Jimenez; her husband Donald Demarest; and her siblings, Gloria Kroepfl (Paul), Victor Jimenez (Lois), Kenneth Jimenez (Charlotte) and Shirley Storms.
She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Roche, Robbin Poggi and Jodi Boulette; her sons-in-law, Mark Roche, Ken Poggi and Greg Boulette; her grandchildren, Megan Roche, Mallory Roche, Stephen Poggi (Jennifer), Edward Poggi, Jeffrey Poggi, Connor Boulette and Emma Boulette; her great grandchildren, Juliana and Vincent Poggi; and her brother-in-law Alfred Storms.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 65 Hamburg Turnpike, Butler, NJ 07405.
