She was predeceased by : her parents, Margaret MacMahan (MacNeil) and Chester MacMahan; her husband George E. Phillips; and her brothers, Chester MacMahan and Lynn MacMahan.
She is survived by : her daughters, Susan Cunio (Paul Cunio) of Bath and Julie Walker (Timothy Pullis) of Honeoye Falls; her grandchildren, Matthew Cunio of Topsham, Ryan Cunio of Bath, Julie Kenny (Andrew Kenny) of Bath, Carl Walker and George Walker of Honeoye Falls; her great grandchildren, Ryan, Samuel, Jacob Cunio, Todd and Myles Kenny; her siblings, James McMahan, Judith Mitchell and Linda MacGillivary (Daniel MacGillivary); and her sister-in-law Marilyn MacMahan of Five Islands.
