Palmer; his close friends, Victor Currence (Janice) of Ohio, Brian, Suzanne Dunham of Greenwood, Greg and Lindsay Luetje of Bryant Pond; his children, Victor of Bryant Pond and Tania of Yarmouth; his nieces and nephews, Deborah Millett, Elaine "Magee" Newell (Miguel Gonzalez), Delia (Jerry Gardner), Karen (Jay Harper), Rey (Margaret Jordan), Reverend Vance Jordan, Carleton (Rita Estes) and Doug (Janet Jordan); his stepchildren, Matthew York and Penny Gibson; his cousin Jane Wardwell; and his caregivers, Allie, Katie and Megan.
