He is survived by: his grandchildren, Lindsay (Alex), Chloe, Hunter (Hannah), Kade, Kylie (Matt) and Kelsey (Jessie); his great grandchildren, Easton, Silas, London, Sawyer, Willow and Nora; his wife Marilyn Bernardini (Clarke); his children, Chris Bernardini (Leslie), Meredith Snowman (Andy) and Tony Bernardini; his sister Barbara Bernardini; his siblings-in-law, Loree Bernardini, Elaine Holland, Donald Clarke (Nancy) and Grant Clarke (Brenda); and his nieces and nephews, David, Carolyn, Lisa, Orville, Little Louie, Casey, Peter, Paul, Jennifer, Michael, Emilee and Matthew.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial donations be made to Tunnels to Towers, Habitat for Humanity or charity of one's choice.
