He was predeceased by : his parents, Irene Lasher and Pepere; his wife Patricia Benner; his stepfather Jervis Lasher; his sister Diane Cavanaugh; his brother-in-law Ralph Merrill; his uncle Oscar Poitras; and his parents-in-law, Phyllis and Carl Benner.

He is survived by : his grandchildren, Richard and Brady Seeley; his sisters, Winnifred Merrill of Naples Florida and Georgette Sutter of Westbrook Maine; and his close friend Diane Richendollar of Calais Maine.

In Lieu of flowers donations can be made in Ed's Memory to the Eastport Memorial Nursing Home 23 Boynton St Eastport ME 04631.
