She is survived by : her sons, Dean Perkins (Laurel), David Perkins (Margaret) and Todd Perkins (Elaine); her caregivers, Shelley Wallace and Lana Faulkner; her son-in-law Raymond Faulkner; her grandson Randy Clark (Katie); her great grandchildren, Kendra and Jaxon; her grandson Chris Faulkner (Danielle); her great grandchild Noah; and her grandson Nathan Faulkner (Erin Cyr).
