He was predeceased by : his parents, Benjamin James and Blanche James (Moulton); his wife Ellen; his son Don James; and his sister Phyllis Eggers.
He is survived by : his son Lynwood James; his stepdaughter Patricia Halpin; his grandchildren, Don James, Philip Brewer and Dorothy Eldridge (Jeremy); and his great grandchildren, Jeremiah, Hope and Samuel Eldridge. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
