She was predeceased by : her parents, Arthur Barnard and Viola Barnard (Trecartin); her husband Norman Kneeland; her son-in-law Robert Amber; her granddaughter Jennifer Kneeland; and her siblings, Viola Moffitt, Ruth Williams, Arthur, Paul, Carroll, Phillip and Francis.

She is survived by : her children, Dale Kneeland (Betsey) of Topsham, Norman Kneeland (Ella) of Baileyville, Cindy Bailey of Bangor, Bonny Slater (Andrew) of Calais, Cheryl Amber of Baileyville and David Kneeland of Calais; her brothers, David Barnard (Nellie) of Baileyville and William Barnard (Margaret) of Scarborough; her sisters-in-law, Shirley Seavey of Calais and Beatrice "Pat" Barnard of Calais; and her friend Bradley Bailey. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (31 Calais Ave, Calais, ME 04619).
