He is survived by: his wife Terry Noyes; his children, Thomas Cochran and Taylor Byers (Brent Byers); his grandchildren, Ava and Ellis; his siblings, Mitchell Cochran, Betty Mae (Robert Phelps) and Darlene Donahue; his uncle Irman Thornton (Cochran); and his cousins, Gary Santerre, Johnny, Dean Bagley, Jay and Tammy McLellan (family: Doug, Dama Apperson, Roddie, Claudia McLellan, Harold, Linda Hollifield, Kenny Etheridge, Carl Sloan, Joe, Ramona, Joseph Bowen, Pat, Brenda Flowers). He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, family, friends.

A graveside service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Hunnewell Acres Cemetery.
