He is survived by: his wife Martha Pratt (Reardon); his daughter Stacy Ly (Trung); his grandchildren, Jocelyn, Quinn and Stella; his stepsons, Jason Bartlett (Kate) and Jeffrey Bartlett; his stepgrandchildren, Jack and Adler; his brothers, Terry (Peggy), Scott (Jan) and Elwood Pratt (Vicki); and his close friends, Jeff, Noah Southard, Traci St and Clair. He is also survived by uncle, aunts, nieces, nephews.
