He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Leighton Nott; his children, Amber Tafelski (Cameron) and Chandler Nott; his stepchildren, Matthew Record (Hope Socobasin) and Lisa Record (Chris Bouchard); his grandchildren, Kayson Tafelski, Jaxon, Paige, Maci, Izzy Record, Angel MacArthur and Aries Bouchard; his sisters, Rikki Wentworth (Bill), Patty Passetto and Joanne Kienzle; and his pet Sunny. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
