She was predeceased by: her parents, James E. MacDonald and Mabel E. Stevens MacDonald; her husband David L. Cook, Sr.; her siblings, Raymond MacDonald (Lois), James MacDonald Jr. (Ann), Thomas MacDonald and Thelma Hatt Mullen; her parents-in-law, Frederick E. Cook and Jane L. Clement Cook; and her brother-in-law Frederick W. Cook (Christa).
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Ann Magoon (Timothy) of Old Town and David L. Cook, Jr. (Gaye Lynn) of Whitney, Texas; her grandchildren, Megan Randlett (Joshua) of Hampden, Sarah Barr (Wade) of Texas and Trey Cook of Texas; her great grandchildren, Olivia Craft Barr, Hannah Katherine Randlett and Sadie Rachel Randlett; her brother Walter MacDonald (Mary) of Uxbridge, MA; and her sister-in-law Lorene Cook of Georgia. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
