She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Perryman and Vera Perryman (Pearson); and her husband John Clifford Hazelwood. She is survived by: her children, Margaret Hazelwood of Calais, Frank Hazelwood (Lauryl Williams) of North Windham and Fred Hazelwood of Bangor; her grandsons, Greg and Aaron Hazelwood; and her sister Ann Burke of New Jersey. She is also survived by her family, friends.
