He was predeceased by : his parents, Annie Hornbrook (Donahue) and Skiff; and his brothers, John and William. He is survived by : his son Mark Hornbrook (Brenda) of Baring; his grandchildren, Arielle Hornbrook (Bryan Young) of Searsport and Jacob Hornbrook of Baring; his great grandchild Sawyer Young; his niece Julie Boies (Mike) of Baileyville; his nephews, Greg Hornbrook of Calais and Jimmy Hornbrook of Hampden; his sister-in-law Betty Hornbrook; his friend Vicki McLaughlin of Baileyville; and also, Alicia Marchese of Biddeford and Marcia Hornbrook of Calais.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (31 Calais Ave, Calais, ME 04619).
