He was predeceased by: his father Richard Harwood Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Marguerite Harwood Clark; his siblings, Richard Harwood Jr. of Camden, Ronald Harwood of Appleton and Barbara Harwood; his siblings' children, Nicholas, Saltza of Liberty and Erika; and his great-niece Adelyn Pearson. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts, and uncles.
