He was predeceased by: his parents, John Forti and Margaret Forti (Kevin); and his brothers, John Forti (Christine) and Joseph Forti (Laura). He is survived by: his wife Carol Forti (Di Palma); and his children, Bill Forti (Melanie) of Tewksbury, Patty Forti of Rockport, Stephen Forti (Linda) of Stoneham and Jacqueline Vienneau (Patrick) of Medford. He is also survived by his family, friends.
