He is survived by: his wife Rachael; his daughter Luce; his parents, Kathy Blake and Randy Blake; his sister Katie Blackburn (Cade); his nieces and nephews, Katharine, Colin and Aly; his brother Peter; and his niece Charlotte Blake.
