She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Gowell and Annie Gowell (Pray) of Auburn. She is survived by: her husband David Richard Goodwin of Portland; and her children, Steven (Robin), Kimberly (John Pearson), Kristine (Skip Murray), Diane Woods and David Jr. (Michaela). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
