It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Winthrop Sylvester MacLaughlin D. Jr. of Cape Elizabeth, Maine, who passed away on September 17, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Winthrop Sylvester MacLaughlin Sr. and Jane Argenio; and his brother Richard A MacLaughlin of Longmeadow, Massachusetts.. He is survived by: his wife Maria Ines Brennan MacLaughlin; his children, Bridget Warnat and Dr. Brian MacLaughlin; his children-in-law, Mark (Bridget) and Whitney (Brian); and his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Benjamin, Jacob, Brooke (Bridget), Nathaniel, Samantha, Marcella and Lillian (Brian).
