He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur "Wayne" Smith and Betty Jo Smith (Johnson); and his granddaughter Delilah Bowen. He is survived by: his wife Candy Smith (Ciesielski); his daughter Aleysha Bowen (Frederick) of Tulsa; his stepchildren, Krystina Davenport (Daniel) of Westfield, Kegan Desmond (Matt Pelletier) of Easton and Mitchell Dufour (Allie) of Fort Fairfield; his grandchildren, Blake, Bailey Davenport, Cole Dufour, Michael, Gabbie, Gracie and Sophia Bowen; his sister-in-law Vicki Smith (CB); and his nephew David Smith of Caribou.
