He was predeceased by: his parents, Raynold George and Sandra Jean Spinney Sr. (Boyce); his brother Kenneth Spinney; and his brother-in-law Tom Bragdon. He is survived by: his daughters, Sydney Spinney of Bangor, ME and Hannah Holt (Isaac) of Eddington, ME.; and his siblings, Gail Weaver (Michael) of Lebanon, ME, Raynold Spinney Jr. (Janet) of Nashua, NH, Tammy Bragdon of Moosup, CT and Wendy Brammer (Jerry) of Moneta, VA. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
