He is survived by: his wife Gloria Pack (Holmes); his siblings, Burton Pack (Beverly) of Sedro-Wolley, WA, Laura Tucker of Eldon, MO and Eunice Jeffries of Camdenton, MO; his children, Birdena Paul (Greg), Bonnie Pack and Gregory Pack (Sue); and his grandchildren, Amie Paul, Scott Paul, Tyler Makepeace, Brandi Makepeace-Cote, Danielle Ouellette and Jacob Pack. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
