He is survived by: his mother Beatrice Mummert (Stoner) of Pennsylvania; his wife Lynn Ouellette of Caribou; his children, Matthew Mummert (Katelyn Haldman), Jessie Cardinale (Anthony), Quinton Ouellette of Caribou and Ariel Clavette (Jerry) of Easton; his brothers, Randy Mummert (Vada) and Michael Mummert (Holly); and his grandchildren, Evelyn Mummert, Rylie Cardinale, Hunter and Ryder Clavette. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
