He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Bell and Lucie Bell (Hebert); and his siblings, Wilfred Bell, Mary Michaud and Margaret Squirrel.
He is survived by: his mother-in-law Maxine Thibodeau; his wife Maxine of Caribou; his children, Michael Bell (Ann) of Scarborough, Jeffrey Bell (Susan) of Caribou, Debra Ward (Kirk) of Stockholm and Lisa Willey (Ricky) of Sinclair; and his sister Cecile Cammilleri of Enfield, CT.
