He was predeceased by: his parents, Idell Jacobs and Louise Jacobs (Wood); and his son Christopher. He is survived by: his girlfriend Donna Dixon of Mars Hill; his children, Jennifer Spang (Kevin) and Timothy Jacobs (Christina) of Mount Airy, MD; his daughter-in-law Vickie Jacobs of Perry Hall, MD; his grandchildren, Garret, TJ, Emma, Christian Jacobs, Matthew and Ethan Spang; and his siblings, Marilyn Wilcox of Eagle Lake, Charlotte Chenevert of Massachusetts and Bob Wark (Joyce) of Michigan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
