He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. Murphy, Sr. and Alice Murphy (O'Neill); and his sisters, Pam Blake and Alice Langdon. He is survived by: his wife Colleen Murphy (Cameron); his son Justin C. Murphy of Caribou; and his granddaughter Piper Murphy-Darling of Thorndike.
