He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Frances Mary Burba, Jr. (Knight); and his daughter Michelle Burba. He is survived by: his wife Debra Burba (Harmon) of Caribou; and his children, John R. Burba (Melissa) of Caribou, Melissa Brown of Arkansas and Timothy Burba of Colorado. He is also survived by his 4 grandchildren.
