He was predeceased by: his father Carroll Steeves. He is survived by: his mother Joan Steeves (Saucier); and his siblings, Danny Steeves (Lori) of Rome, Randy Steeves (Terri) of Caribou, Blaine Steeves (Bobbie) of Machiasport and Sharon Atcheson (Tom) of Woodland. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
