She was predeceased by: her brothers, Wilfred and Larry Desjardins; and her daughter-in-law Cheryl Thibodeau. She is survived by: her sons, Gerard Thibodeau of New Zealand, Steve (Stacy Thibodeau) and Billy (Erica Thibodeau); her siblings, Leo James (Patricia Desjardins), Richard (Bonnie Desjardins), Reid Desjardins, David (Faye Desjardins), Lisa Desjardins and Teresa Desjardins; and her sister-in-law Linda Desjardins. She is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of cards and flowers, the family asks to donate to the Aroostook House of Comfort in her name.
