With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mabel Quimby Wilcox (Caribou, Maine), who passed away on June 4, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Quimby and Lillian Quimby (Patterson); her husband Clifton Wilcox; her children-in-law, Nancy Hersey and Jesse Osgood; her great grandchildren, Bobby and Andy Farley; her niece Joann Michaud Martin; and her siblings, William, Floyd, Lewis, David, Vie Paul, Evelyn Michaud and Joyce Rogers.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Hersey, Russell Wilcox (Cindy), Susan Osgood and Juanita Cyr (Mike); and her grandchildren, Nicole Farley (Albert), Sherri Parker (Todd), Lori Albair (Lance), Katie Bosse (Joshua), Bill Bell (Debra), Christopher Osgood (Sarah) and Jeremy Cyr (Krista). She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Calendar Chapel of the Mockler Funeral Home (24 Reservoir St, Caribou, ME 04736). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of the Mockler Funeral Home (24 Reservoir St, Caribou, ME 04736).
