He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm Perkins and Natalie Perkins (Langley); his sister Kathleen Sponberg; and his grandson Ethan Beauman. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Perkins (Clair) of Presque Isle; his daughters, Shannon Blake (Chris) of Presque Isle, Aimee Huotari (Aaron) of Fort Fairfield and Holly Tompkins of Presque Isle; his grandchildren, Tyler Beauman, Gabrielle Huotari, Avery and Sadie Tompkins; and his sisters, Colleen Dean (Ralph) and Pamela McLean.
The military honors will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Maine Veterans Cemetery (37 Lombard Rd, Caribou, ME 04736).
