She was predeceased by: her parents, Dell Jacobs and Louise Jacobs (Wood); her former husband Reginald F. Webber, Sr.; her husband George Don Wilcox; her children, George (Zelda Wilcox), Erwin (Donna Wilcox), Galen (Annette Wilcox), Michael Webber, Gail Wilcox, Paula Webber and Marty McDougal (Leo McDougal, Sr.); and her grandson Leo McDougal, Jr. (Robin).
She is survived by: her sons, Dennis Webber (Norma) of Maryland, Larry Webber of North Carolina, Reggie Webber (Jeanne) of Texas, Randy Webber of Maryland, Jeff Webber of Maryland, Alden Wilcox of Virginia and Dwight Wilcox (Gail) of Perham; and her siblings, Beth Oberg (Roland), Jim Jacobs (Dawn), Frederick Jacobs (Roberta), Malcom Jacobs (Harriet), Charlotte Chenevert (Gerry), Barbara McNeal (Frazier), Durwood Jacobs (Kay), Brenda Grimes (Bill) and Idell Jacobs. She is also survived by 41 grandchildren, 84 great-grandchildren, and 46 great-great-grandchildren.
