He is survived by: his mother Louise McDougal (Wilcox) of Caribou; his wife Sharon McDougal of Caribou; his children, Andrea Flannery (Jeremy) of Caribou and Philip McDougal of Caribou; his grandchildren, Thomas Ervin Flannery III of Caribou and Cassidy Doll Flannery of Caribou; his siblings, Leo McDougal Jr. (Robin) of Woodland, George McDougal (Leah), Patty Adams (Kevin) and Gerald McDougal; his parents-in-law, Natalie and Philip Deveau of Caribou; and his siblings-in-law, Philip R Deveau (Martine) of Westbrook, Lisa Riley (Scott) of Weatherford, TX and Julia Engstrom of Caribou.
