He was predeceased by : his parents, Eugene Collins and Florence Dupuis Collins; and his siblings, Sylvia Newman and Richard Collins. He is survived by : his wife Barbara J. Collins (Theriault); his daughter Kelley Fish (Bob) of West Chester, PA; his grandchildren, Ariah, Bobby and Max; his son Scott Collins of Midlothian, VA; his granddaughter Kayla Lee (Jonathan); his great grandchild Bode; his daughter Kristen Jaroshevich (Alex) of Malvern, PA; his granddaughter Eva; and his brother Kevin Collins (Laurel) of Brentwood, TN..
