He is survived by: his sons, Timothy and Gregory of Mapleton; his grandchildren, Brittany Doak-Hebert (Kris Hebert) of Orrington, Sarah Scales (Matt Scales) of Windham, Carter Doak (Monica Doak) of Fort Fairfield and Janelle Doak of Monticello; his great grandchildren, Alethea Doak and Hallie Doak of Fort Fairfield; and his siblings, Helen Ouellette (Wayne Ouellette) of Griswold Connecticut and Russell Doak (Charlotte Doak) of Caribou. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
