He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Isabelle Bouchard Sr. (Chambers); and his siblings, Mavis Gahagan, Adelia Dolly Bouchard, Dwayne, Eugene Dale, Richard "Dick" and Gerry Bouchard.

He is survived by: his wife Cathy Fitzsimmons of Caribou; his children, Brenna Hayes (Mike) of Chatham, NY and Brady Bouchard (Jessica) of Jamesville, NY; his brothers, Joseph Bouchard Jr. and Reginald Bouchard of Caribou; and his grandchildren, Hannah, Brenden and Hallie Bouchard. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
