He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bernard Rafford and Reta Rafford (Swim); his wife Jenny Rafford (Everett); his children, Melissa Rafford, Wallace Everett of Woodland and Susan Hanson (Erik) of Caribou; his siblings, Winfield of Caribou, Bernard Rafford Jr. of Caribou, Marcia Sloan (Dave) of Mapleton and Martha Cleaves (Gary) of Tennessee; his granddaughters, Melinda Lagasse (Frank) and Jennifer Morrow (James); his great grandchildren, Braden, Cullen Lagasse, Zayn Pelletier and Lucy Morrow; and his siblings-in-law, Sue Smart and George Everett (Carol).
