He was predeceased by: his parents, Madeline McIntosh, (Wark) and Roscoe Day McIntosh, Sr.; his sister Isabel Kerby; his brother-in-law Frank Kerby; his brother William McIntosh; his siblings-in-law, Claudette McIntosh, George and Linda Seward; his wife Marylin; and his close friend Barbara Foster.
He is survived by: his daughter Bridget (Michael); his friends, Colonel Chuck, Sue and Coffin; his former wife Noreen McIntosh; his children, Colleen (Ed), Scott (Sharon), Jerry (Leslie) and Mike (Barbara); his siblings-in-law, Marvin, Edwina McBreairty, Molly and Patrick Stevens; and his sibling's children, Amy, Mary, Billy and Frank Roscoe. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; by sixteen great-grandchildren.
