He is survived by: his children, Carol Mowers of Caribou, Jim Nelson (Sharon) of Othello, Mike Fowler, Ron Nelson (Dottie) of Port St, Connie Nelson (Travis Wing) of Presque Isle, Gail Fisher, Linda Harrison and Dean Nelson; his son-in-law Eric Sutherland of Limestone; his grandchildren, Shayne Ellis, Jordan Nelson, Tia Mowers, Brianna Nelson, Cheyenne Sutherland and Cameron Sutherland; and his wife Carmel. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
