He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas A. Sr. Moir and Sarah Moir (Gardner) of Allagash; and his wife Merilda Beaulieu. He is survived by : his children, Wayne Moir (Sherri), Gary Moir (Lori) and Tammy Rindahl (Ric); and his grandchildren, Adam, Marcus, Amber and Danielle. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
