He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvin Tupper and Mary Tupper (Harris). He is survived by: his wife Linda Tupper of Perham; his children, Carl Tupper (Jo-Ann) of Standish, Michael Tupper (Jennifer) of Old Town and Chris Tupper (Angela) of Perham; his grandchildren, Karen, Darcie, Stacey, Dane, Emma, Brooklyn and Jaxson; his great grandchildren, Kaleb, Kaydence, Dane, Liam, Braxton and Everly; his sister-in-law Norma Akerson of Woodland; and his sibling's children, Janet, Jeannie and Glenn. He is also survived by many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
