She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Cox and Cora Cox (Davenport); her husband Clarence B. Dow Jr.; her son Robert Dow; and her siblings, Delmar, Vinal, Orland, Wendell, Arnold, Steve, Vernon, Lillian Stanley, Kathleen Baker and Hannah Rossignol.

She is survived by : her children, Dr. Jeffrey Dow (Nittaya) of Detroit and Sharon Williams (Miles) of Caribou; her grandchildren, Jessica Dow, Ryan Dow, Chad Dow (Jocelyn), Christopher Dow (Jeannette), Jonathan Dow (Shanna), Sofia Dow, Jeremy Williams (Andrea), Amanda Kilcollins (Christopher) and Darick Williams (Whitney); her great grandchildren, Carley, Ryan, Skylar, William, Rose, Wesley, Jillian, Cooper, Emma, Clare, Morgan, Stevi Mae, Grayden, Isaac and Gibson; and her siblings-in-law, Freeman Dow (Susan) and Kate Dow.
