He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Edwin Smith Sr. and Shirley J Burke (Smith). He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Smith (Witherly); his children, Eddie Smith (Dianna Robles) of Colorado, Chris Lozier of Hermon and Olivia Averill (Dustin); his stepdaughters, Nicole Lyons (Gene) of Ellsworth and Jessica Witherly (Bob Smith) of Sorrento; his grandchildren, Cameron Sprague, Dylan Smith of Florida, Blake Smith of Sorrento, Madilynn Lyons of Ellsworth and Miles Averill of Bangor; his siblings, Dottie Pinkham (Alan) of Dixmont, Randy Smith (Linda) of Troy, Jim Smith (Kathy Mcpheters) of Etna, Sherry Neill (Stephen) of Clifton and Amy Harris (Ted) of Hermon; and his stepfather Frank Burke of Hermon. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
