He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack Ayotte and Ethel Ayotte Jr. (Christie). He is survived by: his wife Vicki Ayotte (LaPlante); his children, Ashley, Amber of Bangor, Sonora of Ellsworth and Mack VI of Waco, TX.; and his siblings, Susan Tardiff of Presque Isle, Tina Caron (William "Tib") of Chapman and Matthew Ayotte of Charleston. He is also survived by two aunts and an uncle, several nieces and nephews, and many cousins.
