Martin Perkins (Donna); her grandsons, Donald Perkins (Nicole) and David Thompson (Bethany); her stepgrandchildren, Jennifer (Glenn Nicholas) and Lynn Hagelin; her great grandchildren, Kelly Perkins (Andrew James), Katie and Cameron Haas; her stepgreat-granddaughters, Maya Hagelin and Kelli Jo Black; her siblings, Alice Leeman (Bob), Myra Champagne, Arthur "Pete" and Francis Higgins; her nieces, Debbie Ryan and Cathy Nelson; and her friend Gina Foster.
